Hi all,
I am working on putting together everyone's great advice and information into a paper for ICB. I have posted outlines of our conversation at SICB in the outline forum. Please take a look and feel free to add anything or make corrections.

It would also be very useful to have relevant papers and teaching resources to cite. If you know of any such resources, please post them in the forums.
